TOP HEAT PRESS – GARMENTS
100% Cotton and Blends

1. Set press to 320°F with 40-50 PSI for pressure.
2. Ensure application location is wrinkle-free and place garment onto press.
3. Pre-press for 5-8 seconds. Suggested to releases moisture from the garment. Repeat as needed until there is no more steam.
4. Place transfer onto desired location on garment.
5. Cover transfer with Teflon sheet.
6. Press for 12-15 seconds.
7. Peel transfer paper while hot.
8. Post- press for 2-4 seconds using Teflon sheet to help seal edges of transfers.

TOP HEAT PRESS – GARMENTS
100% Polyester

1. Set press to 290°F with 35-40 PSI for pressure.
2. Ensure application location is wrinkle-free.
3. No need for Pre-press on 100% Polyester as it does not hold moisture.
4. Place transfer onto desired location on garment.
5. Cover transfer with Teflon sheet.
6. Press for 8-10 seconds.
7. Peel transfer paper while hot.
8. Post- press for 2-4 seconds using Teflon sheet to help seal edges of transfers.

TOP HEAT PRESS – GARMENTS
Fleece 100% Cotton and Blends

1. Set press to 320°F with 40-50 PSI for pressure.
2. Pre-press for 8-10 seconds. Suggested to releases moisture from the garment. Repeat as needed until there is no more steam. Highly recommended for fleece.
3. Place transfer onto desired location on garment. Avoid pockets & collars.
4. Cover transfer with Teflon sheet.
5. Press for 12-15 seconds.
6. Peel transfer paper while hot.
7. Post- press for 2-4 seconds using Teflon sheet to help seal edges of transfers.

HAT TRANSFERS:

360 IQ™ HAT HEAT PRESS – HATS

1. Cotton: Set press to 225° for top heat and 220°F for bottom heat with 50-60 PSI for pressure.
2. Place hat on heat press, leaving out inner layer of hat. Use adjustment lever for a better grip.
3. Place transfer onto desired location.
4. Cover transfer with Teflon sheet.
5. Press for 10-14 seconds.
6. Deactivate adjustment lever and remove hat from heat press.
7. Peel transfer paper while hot.
