 Borderless minimum: 1" x 0.5" (+/- 2mm)
 Merrow or Overlock border: 1.5" x 1.5" (+/- 2mm)

Text and Element Size Limits

Text Minimum:2mm H
Element Minimum: 0.2mm

Color

On a single Woven Patch, a minimum of 2 colors must be used, with a maximum of 12. Choose from 79 available weaving colors. Metallic colors count as 4 colors each.

Backing

• Low melt heat seal
• Pressure-sensitive
• No backing

Border Types

Woven Patches are available with either merrow border, overlock border or borderless options.

Limitations: 

• Merrow & Overlock borders cannot have metallic thread. The edge must be 5mm (+/- 1mm) space.
• Borderless the edge must be 3mm (+/- 1mm) space from design to edge of patch. 

Border Sizes

Merrow:

• Regular surface: 3mm
• Overlap section: 5mm (+/- 2mm)

Overlock:

• 4mm (+/- 1mm)

Washing Information

Woven Patches will withstand up to 52 domestic washing machine cycles.

Shelf Life

To maximize the shelf life of this product, keep at room temperature. Do not expose it to temperatures above 485°F.

Disclaimer

The alignment of the logo and outer edge may vary by +/- 2mm. Due to the natural behavior of the weaving process, background color variation may be visible when darker colors are used over light colors.

Woven Patches

Pressure-sensitive

1. Use rubbing alcohol to thoroughly clean the application area
2. Remove paper backing and press emblem firmly on desired location
3. After applying pressure, peel the clear top carrier from the emblem

Low Melt Backing with a Top Heat Press - Garments

1. Set press to 350-360°F for top heat with 40-50 psi of pressure.
2. Ensure application location is wrinkle-free and place garment onto press.
3. Place patch onto desired location on garment. Thermal Tape is optional.
4. Press for 15-18 seconds.
5. Remove garment from press and allow to cool.

Low Melt Heat Seal on Hats - Using the 360 IQ™ Hat Heat Press

1. Set press to 275°-285°F for top heat and 315°- 320°F for bottom heat with 60-80 psi of pressure.
2. Place hat on heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Use adjustment lever for a better grip.
3. Place emblem onto desired location. To secure the emblem and prevent it from moving, use Thermal Tape.
4. Press for 15-18 seconds.
5. Deactivate the adjustment lever and remove the hat from the heat press.
6. Remove Thermal Tape once the patch has cooled.

• 25% increase for metallic thread
• 15% per color for designs over 6 thread colors
• 10% for overlock border
